About Camila
Camila is a Latin American, Chilean illustrator and designer, currently based in Chile and working with international clients. She is currently seeking representation for children’s book illustration.
She graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in 2019, earning a degree in Design. She has been working as an illustrator for over five years and has been sharing her art for more than a decade.
Her work focuses on creating expressive and distinctive illustrations, with a special interest in storytelling for children and young audiences. She is particularly drawn to projects that explore emotion, character, and the inner worlds of young people.
Previous clients include Banzai Inc., UNICEF, América Solidaria Internacional, as well as independent artists and publications such as Toots, Simulacro, and the Illuminati Interns podcast, among others.
In her free time, Camila enjoys drawing comics, listening to music from the ’70s and ’90s, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family and her dog.
